A new German study ( published in Addiction Biology Magazine ) has discovered that smokers get less quiet sleeping hours than non smokers .
Stefan Kohrz, the author of the study from faculty of medicine , Berlin, Germany said : " about 187 out of 1100 smoking persons that were involved in the study, had slept less than six hours every night, while 77 persons in case of non smokers.
Also, 308 smokers suffered from Insomnia, opposite to 209 persons of non smokers.
It is worth mentioning that researchers considered several other factors that affect in sleep ( duration and quiet ) , such as age, weight and alcohol addiction.
