Cosmetics alone can't give you healthy nails but you can follow these simple instructions which help you to keep your nails strong :
  • don't use your nails badly as using it as an opening tool .
  • don't Bite your nails .
  • keep your nails clean so you don't get any bacterial or fungal infection .
  • pruning nails regularly .
  • never pull the nails so as not to tear the living tissues .
  • don't wear shoes which can put pressure on your fingers .
  • Moisten your nails constantly .

Special Considerations : manicure & weak nails

If you depend on manicure to keep your nails look good , there are several things that must be taken into account , Do not remove the layer surrounding the skin because it can lead to infection in the nails , also check the sterilization of all tools used during the manicure .

  • Keep nails short and square-shaped and round little over the top .
  • Moisturize the skin and the nails : Using the nail hardener, but avoid products containing toluene sulfonamide or formaldehyde .
