Also, dietary fibers contain many antioxidants and vitamins such as vitamin E, so they play an important role in reducing some dangerous diseases such as atherosclerosis, and other heart diseases.

It was also observed after chemical analyzes of nuts that they contain a good percentage of potassium, which is a very important element for the activity of the muscles, especially the heart muscle. They also play an important role as they protects and strengthens the heart muscle. Especially almond that contains more than 750 mg potassium.
Nuts also contain some essential nutrients such as iron and calcium. They are useful to protect against anemia and osteoporosis.


 Loosing Weight :

The researches also proved that nuts are very useful in reducing the feeling of hunger. So researchers advises to eat the right amount of nuts up to the hand grip (the amount of 50 grams) daily to reduce hunger sensation. But nuts must be in suitable quantities, as excessive lead to increase the amount of calories.
